On May 26, 2020 the Winslow Township Council formally adopted the Sicklerville Road Redevelopment Plan which provides the zoning necessary for Brighton at Winslow to move forward. As owners of most of the land in that redevelopment area, Harvestate proposes to construct 312 apartments in 13 buildings with 2 clubhouses and 25,000 square feet of neighborhood commercial.
Brighton at Winslow, as the development is known, is located across the street from the 593 unit state-of-the-art self-storage facility being flagged by Extra Space which is also owned by Harvestate.
